Full Description: Description of the buildings
Former U-shaped farmhouse comprising:
The main building of about 200m² floor surface has a new frame and roof and concrete floors. Electric wiring, several windows with wooden joinery and double glazing and a mezzanine of 40m² have so far been installed. A future bathroom space has been equipped with all necessary conduct pipes etc. On the far end of this huge building, you will find a courtyard of about 40m² enclosed by stone walls of 3m height.
The remaining outbuildings surrounding the main courtyard need total renovation.
At the back of the farmhouse there is a 2 storey stone house of 40m² floor space which used to be the owner's wood workshop. Most of the house has been renovated with new roof and windows, mains and electricity. Concrete floors on the ground floor and new parquet upstairs.
