We can offer rental management signed attestations that no compensation will be sought for non renewal of the 'bail commercial' -leaseback contract - on a limited no of properties on a small selection of developments, both ski and sun . On one the no is limited because the development has to remain 80% managed letting units so that it is worth the management firm's while promoting the properties.This rental management firm is one of good standing..They offer decent rental returns and are in an area of strong tourist demand. The ability to end the lease obviously adds greatly to the potential resale value.

NEW!! The second development is a luxury golfing development near La Rochelle where you can either buy on a light leaseback or on a normal buying basis. The light leaseback formula allows the buyer to recuperate the TVA. The management firm on this development will also give out attestations stating that they will not seek compensation for non renewal of the lease.

While technically this does not negate the inherent right of the tenant with a french commercial lease to seek commercial compensation for non renewal, it shows a volonté, willingness, that would, according to French lawyers, count against them succeeding in any action undertaken in a French court.
